Refund/Exchange Policy
OUTDOOR TRACKER SYSTEMS, INC. (OTS) offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on the following hardware products: Porta-Board, Porta-Pouch, Saf-T-Slap, Saf-T-Wrap.  Due to customization and uniqueness of the Fish & Game Board (FGB), returns are not accepted.  OTS works closely with all customers on the format and design of each FGB to meet the customer specifications and avoid the need for returns.  There are no refunds or exchanges on any software products: WEB-OTS, OTS-PRO, GOPHER, OTS-EMR.  Customers should carefully review the software specifications of each product prior to purchase or upgrade.  Please e-mail service@outdoortrackersystems.com or call Customer Service at 937-867-1890, in advance to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of purchase date.  Refunds sent with no RMA Number will be returned to the sender.

All products returned for refund or exchange must be complete in new, unused condition and a 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns and exchanges.  Customer assumes freight and shipping costs on all returns.
 

Order Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase date/time via e-mail to service@outdoortrackersystems.com or call Customer Service at 937-867-1890. Cancellations must contain the following: First Name, Last Name, Order Number, Phone Number and Email Address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Cancellations received within the 24-hour period, or prior to handling and shipping, will be refunded 100% of the charged amount.  Cancellations received after an order has shipped will be treated as returns and covered by the Refund/Exchange Policy.


Warranty Policy
Every hardware product, unless specifically stated otherwise, carries a 30-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or premature failure.  Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by Outdoor Tracker Systems, or the replacement of any batteries that fail to hold a charge or recharge.  Components not reported missing within 24 hours of receipt by customer are considered lost, and are not covered by any warranty.  There are no warranties, expressed or implied, on any of the software products: WEB-OTS, OTS-PRO, GOPHER, OTS-EMR.  Customers should carefully review the software specifications of each product prior to purchase or upgrade.  Please e-mail service@outdoortrackersystems.com or call Customer Service at 937-867-1890, in advance to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of purchase date.  Warranty Returns sent with no RMA Number will be returned to the sender.

Shipping cost to OTS for Warranty Returns is the responsibility of the customer, and OTS will pay shipping costs to return the item to the customer. 


Out-Of-Stock Policy
Our inventory reflects the available balance at the beginning of each business day, and therefore we may accept orders during a business day that lead to an item being Out-of-Stock when we prepare shipments after batch processing.  Orders will be filled in the order in which they were received, and customers will be notified within 48 hours of order placement of the shipping information, or an out-of-stock condition.  In the case of out-of-stock, customers will be provided our best estimate of a shipping date via e-mail, and will also be given the option of canceling that order prior to shipment. 


Lost or Stolen Equipment
Any product or component that is lost or stolen, is not covered under any Return, Exchange, or Warranty policy of OTS.  The customer is responsible for replacement of any/all items lost, stolen, damaged, removed, or otherwise unavailable to the customer at the time they intend to use the product.  We encourage you to use our products in an environment where you feel comfortable and confident that they are secured and will not be subjected to vandalism or theft.


Shipping
Orders submitted thru the OutdoorTrackerSystems.com web store will typically ship within 48 hours of order entry, unless specifically noted.  This allows customers to meet the conditions of our cancellation policy without penalty.  Items purchased at the OutdoorTrackerSystems.com web store are designed and packaged for shipment via the United Stated Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail service.  Each item will ship separately in its intended USPS Priority Mail box/pouch, therefore customers purchasing multiple items will incur shipping and handling charges for each item processed.  Customers requesting bulk orders (in excess of 25 pieces) and wanting to combine shipping, should contact Customer Service at 937-867-1890 or e-mail us at service@outdoortrackersystems.com with their order specifications including product name, item number, quantity, and ship to address.
